We're using the O365 hybrid calendar integration. The board has its of resource in the O365 exchange and can be booked as a resource/room. As each board has its own room (and therefore its own mail address and calendar), the invite will only show up at the booked board/room.
Maybe all your devices share the same calendar or so?
