WebEx on mobile services..

Hello dear Community Members, 

Can you help me with the below information!?

I am trying to install WebEx app,(Not WebEx meetings), on My Android version 9 mobile Phone.  I have used on this my phone before. 

But now, l am unable to install WebEx as it says, "Your device is not compatible with this version". 

Can you help me resolve this issue. What i need to upgrade to work on this mobile app!?

As @Jonathan Schulenberg mentioned, Android 9 is too old and no longer supported, or available.

Android 10 also goes end of support soon (March 2025).  Android 10 and 11 are no longer supported or maintained by Google, so it's highly recommended to use a device that runs a minimum of Android 12, however a current release (Android 15 or later) will give you a longer lifespan.

The system requirements state that the app supports the five most recent major Android releases. Android 9 was released in 2018 and is now seven major releases behind.
