Oh ok, that's a bot provided by cisco (and publicly available on apphub.webex.com ). So you can create a ticket with us by emailing devsupport@webex.com and let us know the issue you're facing. Would be good to provide the user emails that are affected by the issue, so we can check them if needed.

If you are an org admin and the bot is in your organization you may try https://applications.webexbots.cloud/
If it is a public bot, you may try looking for it in the https://apphub.webex.com/
