A Bot I have added into my webex space does not work.  How do I find the owner of the Bot?

And if dtibbe's suggestions don't work, just post the bot email here and we can check it for you.

Thank you both for reply. Sadly did not work but here’s the bot’s email. If you could test if it’s working or if I am missing something!

watercoolerbot@webex.bot

Oh ok, that's a bot provided by cisco (and publicly available on apphub.webex.com ). So you can create a ticket with us by emailing devsupport@webex.com and let us know the issue you're facing. Would be good to provide the user emails that are affected by the issue, so we can check them if needed.

Thanks! Already raised and got the solution, I should have used: Watercooler.bot@webex.bot

If you are an org admin and the bot is in your organization you may try https://applications.webexbots.cloud/

If it is a public bot, you may try looking for it in the https://apphub.webex.com/
