Calling WebEx API From Two Machines With Same UserId And Password

We are authenticating with the WebEx teams API.  It works on machine1 but not on machine2.  Machine2 is a clone of machine1.   We generate a token on Machine2, but are getting this error.  Does WebEx limit how many machines you can be calling the API from?:

The server understood the request, but refused to fulfill it because the access token is missing required scopes or the user is missing required roles or licenses

Hi @DSTXSoftware,

Thanks for your patience so far!
I don't think there should be any problem in running the APIs in 2 different machines.
To understand the query better just wanted to confirm, you mean you're using the same Token to run a specific API from 2 different Computers - is that correct?
If that's the case, could you kindly share the below details please -

  1. Kindly share the Token you're using for this API Request. Please make sure the token is still Live and is not expired. And please don't share the Token here in Community Forum since it's a public discussion forum. Share the details to devsupport@webex.com which would create a ticket in our queue to investigate the problem further.
  2. Please share the API Request trackingId for the Successful Call and the trackingId for the Error Call. Both these trackingIds you can find from POSTMAN, please check the POSTMAN Response - Headers() section, there should be a field called 'trackingId' and share us both the trackingIds for Success and Error Responses.
  3. 2 POSTMAN screen shots from those 2 machines for the Success and Error results should help here.

With the above details, kindly send it to devsupport@webex.com and we can look at it further to investigate.

Regards!
