can you get the data similar to agents/statistics from webex for devs

I tried to use agents/statistics from the contact center but unfortunately the organisation isn't whitelisted. Is there a way to get that same data from webex for developers?

Wanted to check with you and understand if you ran this API Request to get the agent statistics - https://developer.webex-cx.com/documentation/agents/v1/get-agent-statistics

If yes, then are you using your own org ID or, you're using some other Customer Org ID?
I don't think using directly some other Customer Org ID and its respective agent ID would work here.
Could you kindly share us the complete Error details from Contact Center Developer Portal, we can validate it further.
