Hi everyone,
I'm new to Webex Contact Center (CC) and recently set up the sandbox environment. I've successfully tested the basic agent desktop voice functionalities using the documentation, but now I’d like to explore chat and email functionalities.
Can someone guide me on how to get started with chat and email in Webex CC? Are there specific guidelines, documentation, or examples available that can help me understand how to configure, test, and use these features in the sandbox environment?
Any help or pointers would be appreciated!
