Hi all!
I am new to Webex development but i am trying to find the Webhook and its json to create tickets in Jira with the information from Control hub.
I have been trying to figure this out but i am unable to find the correct way to see the json body of an alert triggered when device goes offline.
Have been looking at this but no luck

Please, i cant be the only one trying to achive this

@jonragnar the list of webhook events that are supported can be found here https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/guides/webhooks#overview . We do not have webhooks for devices, and I'm not sure if the xAPI is any help for your scenario, but we do have related events there, for example Shutdown https://roomos.cisco.com/xapi/Event.Shutdown/ .
