Trying to find a way when a call comes in, it rings simultaneously to the speaker and headset from the contact center desktop. Looksir like there is no built-in way. If anyone knows how I can do this, please let me know. Open to any idea, hardware, or third-party software. I want agents to hear the call coming in even when they are not wearing a headset, but the headset is ON.
