Contact Center Simultaneously Ring Speakers and Headset

Hi,

Trying to find a way when a call comes in, it rings simultaneously to the speaker and headset from the contact center desktop. Looksir like there is no built-in way. If anyone knows how I can do this, please let me know. Open to any idea, hardware, or third-party software. I want agents to hear the call coming in even when they are not wearing a headset, but the headset is ON.

Are you looking to do this through API and/or SDK? That's all we can help with in our team, and there isn't a way to achieve this through those.

You can check with the general support/TAC team (help.webex.com/contact) to see if there is any way through some kind of config setting on the Agent Desktop or through Control Hub.
