Hello, I want to know if I can pass an audio file when creating an auto attendant (using the POST method: https://webexapis.com/v1/telephony/config/locations/locationId/autoAttendants?orgId=orgId) when i select a custom message for the greeting in the business hours or after hours menu?

@Nedra unfortunately custom messages are not supported by this API it seems. You can recommend this as a new feature here https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ and Product Management will review it.

When you create an AA, according to the description, the announcement cannot be specified. You can change it via the Update AA endpoint. The announcement file must be already present in the system, maybe an upload function will be implemented in the future as Janos said

I tried to change it using the Update AA feature, but I encountered some problems. Additionally, I couldn't find an API that reads the list of AA Announcement Files.
