Edit user's site and licenses

Hello team,
I was looking at the api documentation and couldn't find an answer.

I have customer looking forward to editing users webex site licenses (changing the webex site a user has a host license with)
For example:
user@cisco.com is a host on cisco.webex.com
Now they want to move him to someothercisco.webex.com site

Are we able to do this using the API?
If so, can someone explain me how?

I believe you should be able to update a user's site and licenses through the /people API using a full admin from the same org. Note that both the current site and the site you want to move the user to would need to be under the same org. If you are trying to move the user to another org, this API will not allow same.
