Getting this error on calling search api

Thanks for your patience so far!
Since you've kept the OrgID hidden here, so I couldn't figure out the exact Org ID showing in the error messgae.
However checking the logs for that error trackingId, seems like the OrgID should be -  4a9e2587-81f0-40ea-8502-1093a7d2da81
Could you kindly confirm on that please.

And if that's the OrgID, then may I ask you to change the API URL domain that you're using here - https://api.wxcc-eu2.cisco.com
So, the API URL should be - https://api.wxcc-eu2.cisco.com/search 
Because the orgID I provided, that comes under EU region, not under the UK region.
That's why the Data Center for this OrgID should be - Prod EU2, not EU1

But if the OrgID is actually different, then kindly let us know and we can check further.
