I have tried a lot of times to get an access token. But it failed to set scopes. I have tried with lots of scopes. Here is one of them: "meeting:schedules_read" Still I couldn't succeed in getting an access token with scopes. Aren't all the scopes available for everyone?
I have tried by following this documentation: "https://developer.webex.com/docs/integrations"

I am also facing the same issue . I have tried Oauth Integration and provided the scope for spark-compliance:events_read . While getting the access token I am seeing that the scope is only for "scope": "spark:kms". After logging in I am not able to see an out of office dialogue box listing the scope, instead i am getting this :
I have selected the read events scope :
Is it because I am using a free version ? Are some of the scopes only available for the paid version ? Can someone please help me to resolve this ?

The compliance scope can only be assigned to users with the Compliance Officer role in their org. Free accounts do not have access to this. If you wish to test this you can create a sandbox org using the link on https://developer.webex.com/docs/developer-sandbox-guide and that would give you the ability to assign the CO role to user in the sandbox org.
