How to convert webex recording from arf to mp4 format using terminal or programming?

I want to know the possible ways in converting the WebEx recording from ARF to MP4 format on Windows machine. Like using command prompt or any programming sdk if it is available. It will help us to automate the video conversion.

I have created a Web Interface & Rest API solution for ARF to MP4 conversion. No need to install Webex player. Both solution has not dependent on any OS, and easy to use.

Sorry, no such utilities exist.. however some of our products do support recording directly into a MP4 format; I suggest you reach out to out to your account manager for more details on those products.
