Hi there, does anyone know a good reference for Webex Bots in Python, WITHOUT using Wrappers like webexteamssdk, just using Requests?

Hello, although not supported by us (Developer Support team) there are a bunch of bot samples here: https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/awesome-webex#bot-samples for different programming languages, including python.

You can review these and use them as you wish.
