list people with start param

I am currently working on integrating the Webex API into my application and have a question regarding the "Start" or "Offset" parameter in the API endpoint for GET requests to "https://webexapis.com/v1/people." i will do pagination in my page but this api not have this parameter

@Nedra for the /people API you should use the Link in the response header as described here https://developer.webex.com/docs/basics#pagination
