Meeting types do not match in list view and in the user account itself

Hi,

This is the problem:

I am using the XML API to update a user's meeting types. I am getting back "success".

When checking the list view for the user, I see the correct settings:

While in the account itself, I see the incorrect settings:

Sometimes the account and the list view match right after sending the request, but sometimes it takes 10-40 minutes to match.
When querying the user's meeting types using the XML API, I am getting back the meeting types that match the list view (the correct ones).
Any help or suggestion on how to troubleshoot would be welcome
