Hello Team,
We've created mechanism where send notifications to respective stakeholders. As we notify many such stakeholders on weekly basis using the bot, Our team cannot be part of all these chatrooms. Hence, We would like to know if there's a possibility to get the seen status of the last message sent by the bot from the webex API.
Thanks much in advance!

narskuma@cisco.com there is already an idea suggestion for the same here https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WXCUST-I-2635 . The more people vote on it, the more visibility it gets with Product Management.

@rakgunti correct, there is no API for the "Seen" status, but you could use the memberships:seen event of the JS SDK. Here is the demo for it https://webexsamples.github.io/browser-sdk-samples/browser-read-status/ and the code https://github.com/WebexSamples/browser-sdk-samples/tree/main/browser-read-status .
