Receiving presence state events of all registered people of one org

Hi, we need to receive presence events in a application for 2000 people, for all the organisation. We managed to subscribe to receive the events but get a limitation of about 100 people. If we register more than these, we receive evicted information for already registered people and do not get the needed events for those on the webservice afterwards.

How can we get over this limitation? Can we configure it somewhere?

@rennert would you mind sharing how you have registered for presence updates? What API have you used, do you have a reference page? Then we can get in touch with the relevant engineering team and confirm the limit.
