Test calls to contact center sandbox

We are a development team working on integrating a system we are developing with Webex.

We have used the following documentation to set up our test environment: https://developer.webex.com/create/docs/sandbox_cc.

Our main question is: are there any built-in features or tools for making test calls within the Contact Center? We need this functionality to be able to step through our required workflows during the development process.

Yes, there are options for that. You have to install webex desktop app on PC and call to phone number which they provided you with sandbox start up email.

I've tried to make call from webex desktop app to entry point, but I got next message

Have we upgrade plan to make call? We also tried to make call from admin account and got next error:
