I am trying to connect developer sandbox with salesforce connected app via Integration option.
I already created salesforce app (with client ID and private key) but when i insert the same thing in WebEx CC it gives me this error

While setting up the Salesforce connector in Webex Contact Center, I get the message: ‘Connector could not be created. Please try again.’
The debug info shows ‘Customer Type: Pending’. Can you confirm if our WxCC sandbox tenant is fully provisioned and connector-ready?"
