Webex API allows to retrieve the calendar information from Workspaces?

For a feed into a digital signage system we need to collect the Hybrid calendar reservations from all Workspaces. Is this possible via the Webex API? 

Or is there another way to retrieve this information, eg directly from Exchange.

The API has a Meeting endpoint: https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/meetings

The API does not proxying into a connected calendar. There are APIs available for O365 as well as for local Exchange servers to access a calendar (or other providers such as Google), but they're not from Cisco/Webex. You'd refer to the manufacturer of your calendar provider
