Webex Calling API for native call queue (no customer assist)

I trying to create a native call queue in Wexbex Calling via API and I am looking through developer.webex.com in the Webex Calling Features: Call Queue section. I only see "Create a Call Queue with Customer Assist" which is of no value to me. Is there a standalone "Create a Call Queue" like there is for a hunt group?

Not aware of an API like that unfortunately. 

I was able to find it on the site, just not in a place I thought to look.

I was working with the API you shared earlier, but the link now returns a Page Not Found error.

Do you know if there is an updated version or alternative reference available?
