I have added permission to create meetings in my integration, but I still get a 403 error when I use a token to create a meeting

@1360393739 okay, so you mean that your Integration is asking for 

meeting:schedules_write scope and that the user who is authorizing the Integration has a Meeting license? And still when you are using https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/meetings/create-a-meeting you get a 403? In order to check this, we would need to verify that the access token has the proper scopes indeed. Please open a support ticket on https://developer.webex.com/support and we can check this.
