Webex webhook recording events not received

I'm trying to process information in the recording transcript when it's available. I created a webhooks subscription on the recording resource for all event type(includes created, updated, deleted). I can recieve webhook events when the recording was created. Usually there is a delay for the temporaryDirectDownloadLinks.transcriptDownloadLink to show when I use api to get recording details. This recording transcript download link will show up after a while. However, I'm not getting the recording updated webhook event when this recording transcript download link becomes available in recording detail. I'm not sure if this is expected? Is there any alternative way to achieve this?

Please refer webhooks , there is a table of Webex events which webhooks can monitor for a given resource, the actions that will trigger these events, and the various filters you can add to narrow down the specific event notifications you would like to receive.
I see 'Resource' 'recording', but none for transcripts available.
