Hello.
I just start trying out WebEx API not long, when I was trying out the dial API in the documentation session, and I can't seem to get it to work. I tried putting phone number and URL in the body's destination field but nothing works the result is always 400/bad request. I try using the same URL works in the android's demo app. Is there something I am missing?

Does your user have a calling license assigned?
What is the error message you're receiving?

That message indicates that your user does not have a Webex Calling License assigned. Have you double-checked?

I didn't but I am able to call someone using the WebEx android demo app and a app I created myself. where can I check if I had the license?

The Webex Calling license is assigned in Control Hub under user management. Select User >> Profile >> License.
