Hi,

May I know what is the current limit for access token generation per organisation? I have some of the FAQ, mentioning that it is 750.

Recently we got the info from TAC the the limit 650. Which is the correct one? Is there any documentation that I can read up on this?

Thanks in advance.

@Shafar if you mean how many valid and active tokens can an individual account have at any given time, then it's 750. And it's in the FAQ docs that you already found https://developer.webex.com/docs/frequently-asked-questions .

This however does NOT mean that an organization can only have 750 active access tokens in total, which seems to be what you are suggesting in your question. The total number of active access tokens in an org is only limited on the account level, by that 750 threshold I mentioned. So if you have 10 users in your org the limit would be 7500, if that makes sense.

Hi Janos,

Thank you for your response. Is there any official documentation for this? where can we find this value in the Control Hub if there is any? or maybe the developer portal?

A users tokens can be listed and revoked/deleted using the /authorizations API.
https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/authorizations

If a user reaches the their active token limit and tries to generate a new token then the system will not allow them to until some of their active tokens have expired or have been revoked by their admin using the API mention above.
Info about how many tokens a user has generated is not available through Control Hub.

Shafar here.
