Help Setting Up Education Connector for D2L

We have followed the instructions for installing the Education Connector in Brightspace by D2L using a testing server, and we're stalled by a pending message. We clicked the link to the connector from the course, and we get "Your instructor is getting things up and running. Please come back shortly" at this URL https://lti.educonnector.io/launches#/setup/pending

 

The instructions say, "From the Setup tab, scroll to the Authorize with LMS section, click Authorize and follow the on-screen instructions." We don't get a Setup tab, just the message. Has this happened to others using Brightspace? Did we miss something in the setup?

Hi @PWade ChSCC, the error message is shown to students launching WEC. Please try logging in as the instructor of the course and you should be able to see the Setup tab.

Thank you. Two of us were in the course as admins, but apparently this tool was taking us as students. I enrolled only profile as an instructor in that course, and the tool responded as expected.
