Host remotely controls participant's shared application

Hello everyone,

I host regular virtual lab sessions with my students using Webex Personal Meeting Room, and at times I need to control their shared applications for troubleshooting, but somehow I never was able to do that. I can let them control my shared application though, which is partly good but not good enough. Could anyone help me out with this matter, I am in urgent need of it. I really appreciate it, thanks in advance.

Hi,

If your students are joining Webex Meeting Room using Web App (Web Browser) then Presenters cannot pass keyboard and mouse control to attendees who join using the web app and also you cannot request control when a Student is sharing from the Web App. Here is the complete list of know issues and limitations:
