Unable to request for access control - Ubuntu 20.04

Hi Team,

I have Ubuntu 20.04 on my machine and have installed Webex desktop application for Linux-Ubuntu from https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/9vstcdb/Webex-for-Linux#Cisco_Reference.dita_86ea12dd-8b6c-4c57-bcdf-63878239b931.  Installed Webex version is: 41.9.0.19961

All the features of Webex working fine on the installed application except getting access control of the presenter screen. Even the presenter is also trying to give access to me by clicking on Assign >> Pass Keyboard and Mouse Control but Pass keyboard and Mouse Control option is disabled for them when they connect with me.

Much appreciated it if anyone can please help/guide me here, Is there any setting to make it work?

But I dont see access control listed on Feature Support for Ubuntu.

So you mean this feature is not available on Ubuntu? If not do you know when we will get this feature on Ubuntu?
