there are 2 places to learn about Webex.

1. Help - https://help.webex.com/ - Here you will learn how to USE Webex.
2. Develop - https://developer.webex.com/ - Here you can learn how to develop for Webex.

I also recommend you check out our Webex Ambassador Program, which gives you resume-worthy learning credentials and the opportunity to dive deep into learning more about Webex. It is free and goes through the whole Webex suite. Many of our community members have completed the Webex Ambassador learnings, and I couldn't recommend it enough.
