Adding new attendees to an existing meeting resends invite to all

when a user adds new attendees to an existing webex meeting it resends the invite to everyone. Is there anyway to stop that from happening? The user setup the original meeting through Outlook on a mac computer.

I was unable to duplicate the above issue.  I created a meeting in the Webex web portal and invited someone to the meeting as I was scheduling it.  After saving the meeting, I added another attendee to the meeting and an invite went out to the new person but the other attendee only recieved the original meeting invite.  Would you please confirm where you are scheduling the meetings from?  Is this in the Webex Web Portal, the Webex App, MS Outlook or some other integrated application?
