Auto-mute when signing in to any meeting when I'm not the host.

I cannot find the setting where I can be auto-muted when I join any meeting. This question is NOT about the host-generated settings of auto-mute on entry. I lost the setting where I can choose whether (or not) to be auto-muted when I join any meeting hosted by anyone.

Great question! I do have an answer for you

In your preferences, go to Meetings. In there you can check the box to mute you when joining any meeting.

The setting I am mentioning is editable in the Webex app itself rather than on your Webex site.

Online on the cloud Webex link at work. I'm pretty certain I found it before....a couple of years ago.

THERE it is! I forgot about the desktop app and was opening Webex through Outlook.  Thanks!!

I see it on my phone app. But, I don't know if that will translate back to when I'm using the online version.

I did see that option before and used it. I can no longer find it in Preferences. I looked at all tabs in Webex.
