Automate personal room creation?

Is there a way to automate the creation of personal rooms for new users as they are given Webex accounts?

Navigate to your Webex meetings site administration and go to Common Settings.  Search for "Enable Personal Room (When enabled, you can turn this on or off for individual users)" and check the box to enable for everyone by default
