Webex Meetings and Webex App

We have meetings where we review topics and key attendees agree on an outcome.  We would like to use voting but not everyone in the meeting should be allowed to vote.  Is there a way to limit voting to certain attendees?

I have deleted a recurring meeting from my calendar and it is no longer on my outlook, however, it is still sitting in my webex application. How do I get it completely removed from my webex user?
