Hi
In my organization we synchronized Azure Active Directory users into Cisco Webex Control Hub and enabled SSO.
Is it possible to map the "Department" attribute from Azure AD to an attribute (or a tracking code??)in Cisco Webex Control Hub?

We would like to see this added as well. Where do we go to voice our request?

We opened a TAC case in mid-October for the same thing. Here is the reply.
"Thank you for your email. I would like to explain that “department” attribute cannot be synced yet. Our engineering is working on adding this attribute along with a few other attributes to the mapping list within AzureAD Wizard to bring parity to our sync options. The team mentioned they have some dependency on Microsoft for the same.
They have no ETA at this point regarding adding this feature, but we hope it to be available in next few months."

you should submit this idea on Aha and it may already be there for an upvote. The Cisco product team reviews these suggestions and prioritizes new features.

In fact, Department attribute is available with the Cisco Directory Connector, but with Azure/Entra, it is not available for mapping.
A non sense.

Hello...Anyone heard of any forward movement on adding more attributes for mapping from Azure to Webex via your supported provisioning sync? This department attrib would be very helpful. Surprising it isn't one of the existing ones available considering that job title is.
