In a meetings call, the video from the quad-cam appears, but when I switch to back PTZ camera from the touch 10 navigator panel, the signal goes blank. I've checked the settings, they appear ok, but I feel there may be something I'm missing or a default I have to bypass to pull back camera video. Any recommedations appreciated.
