There is no WebEx, just Webex.

You cannot block users. Simply ignore them by disabling notifications for that user.

Hi @Ashwini.Chandrappa,

It is not possible to block specific contacts or domains at end user level. In Webex App, the restrictions are applied at organization level which affects all users. Please check below URL for more details:

Hello Ashwini,

As mentioned by multiple others, it's not possible to block someone from the Webex application at the user level.
However, if you would like to keep intruders at bay, below are the steps for making changes at Org level:

1. Sign in to Control Hub ( https://admin.webex.com) and go to Organization Settings > External Communication.

2. Turn on Block external messaging.

3. Read the caution, check the box to acknowledge the consequences, and click Done.

After making the above alterations, all users in your organization are restricted from communicating with anyone in external organizations.

Review the article to understand different kinds of restrictions that can be imposed at Org level to gain more control and privacy on User accounts: https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/agrt8/Restrict-Messaging-with-External-Users-in-your-Webex-Spaces#id_132255

Hope you find this helpful.
