Hello,
Since the update of the Webex app I don't have a tab anymore for Chats and Teams, I only have Tabs for (calling, contacts, keypad). so I am not able to receive or send any messages. I am only able to see the chat/Team tabs using the website version.
Any ideas?

Do you use a company account? Did your administrator disabled basic messaging etc. for your user?

I am using a university account, and i don't think it is disabled for me or for other students because other students are using it, and when I delete the app and reinstall it, it works for the first time till I close the app and reopen it
