cannot able to convert arf file to mp4

I have downloaded Cisco webex network recoding player but i am still not able to convert it as it is saying -"Cannot install conversion tool and contact to your administrator"

but i have already run it as administrator only and i have downloaded the tool also so why it is showing the above thing please hep me.

Hello,

Converting .ARF files to .MP4 format requires a special plug-in to be installed to the Network-Recording Player.

• Download the plugin.zip attached.
• Unzip the files and extract the complete 'plugin' folder to the location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Webex\Webex\ARFConverter
  • ​Note: Create a 'plugin' folder if it does not already exist.
• Re-try the .ARF to .MP4 conversion process
