You can only attend one meeting at a time. Please see: https://help.webex.com/de-de/WBX72012/Can-I-Host-Two-Meetings-at-the-Same-Time-with-the-Same-Login

Dear Jeff,
thanks for your advice. This actually could be the problem, because all users report a grey-unclickable button. They cannot participate as guest. It´s since an update or upgrade to our account was commited 2 weeks ago.
w/regards
Michael

while reading your posting I remembered the following:
Cisco-Partners may offer more sophisticated licese-models to business-clients besides "1 User = 1 License".
One of them was (is?) a concurrent-user - model (some call it "floating licenses"):
Example:
Your company purchases e.g. 5 Meeting-Host - Licenses => any 5 of your employees may host meetings (at the same time).
If you are the 6th - you are out of luck.. or better: out of liceses.
Perhaps you want to check that, too...

Hi,
thanks for you answer.
First actually I really don´t now how to check our licensing, because I don´t now where. In my profile there is no such information or I can´t find it.
My problem occured to GUEST users. Which are invited by email btw.
After the upgrade we recieved a couple of days ago it´s turning out to be instable and difficult.
best regards, Michael
