Capture chat discussion from beginning of the call

Scenario:

 - Folks join a webex meeting. While others are joining, the host (or someone) posts a link in the chat window to a document that we will be reviewing in the meeting.

 - New attendees start joining, but they don't see the previous chat discussion - or the link to the document.

 - The host reposts the link in the chat. 

 - A new attendee joins, they don't see the previous links. 

 - The host reposts the link...again

 - Repeat.

Is there a way that we can resolve this?

I don't think it is possible at this time. I found a similar feature request that I think matches your case:

I think Webex team is considering to deliver the feature but there is no ETA at this time that I can share.
