We are Using Teams and have the Cisco Call App installed
The app seems to be working fine except for one issue, if you select Speed Dial, it won't load and just displays Error. You can hit the + to add a speed dial but you won't be able to see it since since the Speed Dials won't display.
This also happens in the web version of teams.
It says that the app saves your speed dials to your Microsoft 365 profile so you can call your most frequent contacts quickly and easily.
Has this happened to anyone else and do you know a fix?
Cisco Call App version: 2.7
Teams version: 25094.310.3616.953.
Webex Version: 45.5.0.32411
I have tried to re-install webex, reset the integration with Outlook, Clear Cache on Teams, Repair Teams
If you look at the Outlool integration in Teams it does say - Major impact - Class Factory is not registered
