I must say we are having quite a few issues with the Cisco Room Kits after they have their monthly updates. It seems to always break some previous functionality..
We have our Room Kits Edge registered with WebEx control hub. MS Team is working perfectly with Exchange Calendar integration, but since the June firmware update we are now unable to view the attached computer on HDMI source when minimising the Teams call on the touch panel and selecting Share and View HDMI PC. It does nothing!
So it means a user cannot join the same Teams call as the room kit on the PC so they can share their screen with the other members of the call.
Has anyone else has this issue?
I guess we will just have to wait until next update in July.
