cisco webex, meeting room, RoomOS 11.11.1.9

Hi everyone, I have a question. Do I need to make any changes to cisco webex Rooms 11.9 version? So that you can book meeting rooms through outlook. If necessary, which ones?

You should not have to change anything.  As long as you have hybrid calendar setup and associate the email address to the endpoint you should be fine.
