Control Hub Cloud-based Hybrid Calendar Service: Two different ORGs with same O365

Hello all,

Currently we have deployed one ORG with an Hybrid Calendar Connector to O365 Cloud.

Any way to have a second ORG connected with the same O365 Calendar? I mean, can we have two connections from different ORG IDs deployed with the same O365 Calendar?

I see this consideration: "We currently only support a single Office 365 tenant per Cisco Webex organization."  here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cloudCollaboration/spark/hybridservices/calendarservice/cmgt_b_deploy-spark-hybrid-calendar-service/cmgt_b_deploy-spark-hybrid-calendar-service_chapter_0110.html

But I'm not sure if this match my case...

Thanks a lot.

Hello @Eduardo Leon Dominguez,

Currently, we only support 1 M365 tenant within 1 Webex Organization (Control Hub). Having 2 M365 tenants should work if you configure Cloud Connector with 1 M365 tenant and Expressway Connector with the other M365 tenant but 2 or more different Webex Organizations (Control Hub) using the same M365 currently is unsupported.

Our team is working to support multiple M365 tenants within 1 Webex Organization (Control Hub).

Thanks,

Your understanding is correct. I think nothing prevents you to monitor the same Cloud Exchange tenant by two different designated see-all accounts belonging to your two different Orgs. The only problem happens if someone happens to have access to the same mailbox by two separate aliases belonging to the two separate Orgs.

If you are in correct.... currently isn't supported by could by work? The mailboxes and users from one ORG have different domain than the other ORG. I mean,... The idea is have different WebEx ORGs (with different domains) pointing to the same O365 Tenant.
In my scenario isn't possible to use the same mailbox from different Control Hub ORGs.
Thanks.

What I said was I did not see any obstacle to monitoring the same Cloud Exchange tenant by two different designated Orgs.

To what you asked in the second turn: A Webex Teams Org can have users from multiple email domains, and use of an email domain is not bound to one Org (unless the Org owner claims that email domain) but yes, a particular email can belong to no more than one Org.
