When scheduling a Training session, I have the ability to check which emails I automatically want sent by the application, and I have the ability to customize each of the email's content. Does this exist in Webex Meeting? If so, where?

Hello, @er
Yes, you can customize the email templates for Meetings, unless it is a new site (see last link). I can't vouch for what options you have with a new site, unfortunately.
If you have an older site, you do that in Site Admin > Common Settings > Email Template. These docs can be helpful:

Thank you for this information that a site admin may be able to customize. I am asking if a host can customize when they schedule a meeting, similar to how a host can do so when scheduling a training session. We have a large number of hosts and each may have a different format that they want for the emails.

Hey @ekcip,
As of right now, there is not a way for hosts to edit email templates before they send the meeting out as they can with Training/Events. As far as I know, I'm not sure if this is in the pipeline or planned, but you can always go to the User Community Feedback site and put in a request for this to be considered in the future: https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas
Until then, the only person(s) that can customize host email templates for meetings would be site admins, and those email templates (if they edit any) would affect everybody on the webex site.
