Is there anyway to edit the text of the reminder emails that can be sent from in the meeting?

Yes you can modify the email template if you have administrative access to your WebEx Site, it also depends if the site is manage using "site admin" or "control hub". Site admin is the referring to their classic administrative interface. Control Hub is their latest administrative interface.

Please keep in mind that "For security reasons, email templates are disabled on all new Webex sites. If you need help with enabling email templates, talk to a support agent." I took me an afternoon to figure out, as it is not mentioned in the docs anywhere. Finally the support bot spit it out, but I still needed to create a support ticket with the Provisioning Team to get it enabled.
