Multiple recordings were made at one meeting.
For several recordings, the recording of the shared screen was not working, and only the audio and camera footage was recorded.
What could be the cause?
I appreciate any help you can provide.

@anthonye That is fascinating. I have not heard of the issue relating to using teleconference option for audio. Do let us know here in the community what the Cisco rep says after investigating. Am curious to see when this is fixed and what caused that error.

@adapting It sounds like your recording preferences haven't been set up on your Webex site. There, you can edit what the recording of the event looks like and it will make sure your screen-shared content is captured in the recording. See screenshot below.

@Cole Callahan This is still a problem. In Webinar center its happening (not in classic). And only when you dont use webex audio. I used other teleconference option for audio.
A Cisco rep is still investigating my situation (difference case from OP) see ( SR 693262679 : FedRAMP - uscensus.webex.com - Customer states that Meeting Recording is missing content._)
