Some users get a green screen instead of their camera view when they are in a meeting with other users. They can see their own camera view but others only see a green screen instead of the camera. We checked the internet connection (
https://mediatest.webex.com/#/main) which was fine in all aspects. Camera works fine in other applications such as Microsoft Teams.
Any ideas why this could be and how to solve it?

Did you try to disable Hardware acceleration in the Camera-Settings?

i have had the current issue for at least 3-4 weeks. have you been able to resolve the issue? If so, could you please share how you were able to successfully solve it?
